Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming calls to resolve queries and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
- Promote healthcare products and services.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow scripts and adhere to company communication standards.
Skills Required
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
